There are many articles and blogs and instructors always advising us about how to stay healthy. We should note that some of these suggestions are harmful. And there are ways in which we can take care of our own selves everyday. A diet may work in a short period of time. So here are some ways to reduce body fat mass.
1. Avoid restrictive diets:
There are always many methods and ways in which people suggest to reduce body fat. Though they make for a short period of time, this doesn’t stop the body from storing fat. When a person decides to go on a restrictive diet to reduce unwanted fat, the body doesn’t think of it that way. The body feels that it isn’t being nourished properly and starts to protect itself. So the body stores fat to store enough energy. Hence you may find yourself accumulating more fatty mass than when the diet started. Best thing to do is eat several small portions of food over the course of the day to maintain your energy and nutritional levels.
2. Natural foods:
Eating natural food is another alternative process to exercising. Processed food are made with a lot of sweeteners, fat and chemicals that all help in building up calories. If these calories are not burned up quickly, they turn into fat masses. Hence to prevent this, eating natural food like fruit drinks instead of drinking commercialized juices.
3. Nutritious breakfast:
At the start of the day, your body needs energy to carry out through out the day. This goes hand in hand with the first point. If your body doesn’t receive enough nutrition then it will start to accumulate fat. It is also proven that people eating breakfast have less trouble preventing the body from storing fat. Basically your breakfast should contain healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates.
Another way to reduce fat is to be careful with the dressings used. Factory processed dressings like mayonnaise and mustard can be avoided by making home made ones with high quality fat. It is a lot of effort at first but the body will be storing less fat.
5. Vegetable oil :
Cooking with butter makes the food taste amazing. But it doesn’t help because they help accumulate fat. Using vegetable oil adds flavor and is good for health. A little vegetable oil is enough. A little goes a long way.
